Automobile Bill of Sale - without Warranty (As Is)

This Bill of Sale can be used to document the transfer of a car, van, truck or motorcycle in any state.  It is intended for automobile transfers that are without warranties as to the vehicle’s condition, indicating that the vehicle has been sold to the buyer in “as is” condition and that the buyer accepts the vehicle regardless of defects.  An Odometer Disclosure Form and instructions are also included.
