This Bill of Sale can be used to document the transfer of a car, van, truck or motorcycle in any state. It is intended for automobile transfers that have an outstanding lien on the vehicle. (In this case, the lien is a legal right or interest that a creditor, such as a bank, has in the vehicle that lasts until the obligation is paid or is otherwise satisfied.) An Odometer Disclosure Form and instructions are also included.
