This Bill of Sale provides a receipt for both the buyer and the seller that the sale and delivery of an automobile has taken place. It is intended for automobile transfers that are without warranties as to the vehicle’s condition, indicating that the vehicle has been sold to the buyer in “as is” condition and that the buyer accepts the vehicle regardless of defects.
This form can be used to buy or sell a car, van, truck or motorcycle in any state. An Odometer Disclosure Form and instructions are also included.
