A Non-Compete Agreement enables an employer to protect its client base and trade secrets by restricting an employee's ability to join a competitor or set up a similar business within a specified time frame.

A completed Non-Compete Agreement will include the following information:

1. Length of time that the agreement is effective
2. Geographic area of the restrictions
3. Activities limited by the restrictions
4. Injunctive relief acknowledgement
5. Signature and printed name of the employee
6. Effective date of agreement

One payment gives you two Non-Compete Agreement forms: one that contains a confidentiality clause (that protects an employer's sensitive information) and one without the confidentiality clause.
