How do I order forms?
Choose the form(s) that you would like to order by clicking the Add to Cart button. You will be taken to the payment page to enter your contact and payment information. Fill out all required fields, read our Terms and Conditions and check the box indicating your agreement, then click the Place Order button. A confirmation page for your order will be displayed. Once you confirm your order, you will have immediate access to the download links to the form(s) that you ordered - no waiting!

How soon will I receive my order?
Once your payment is completed, you will be immediately connected to a page containing download links to your form(s).
How do I download forms?
As soon as your payment is processed, you will have access to the download links for the form(s), with instructions and your receipt. (We will also send you an email containing these download links.)
You can download each form you order in three different formats: Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF and Rich Text Format. One payment gives you all three formats.
Click on the download link to save the form to your computer. The window will remain open so you can go back and download the same form in a different format. If you close the window, you can still download the form(s) in a different format by accessing the email notification that GetFormsNow has sent you.
Once you click the link, a pop-up window will appear. Click the Save button to save the form to the folder of your choice. Please choose a folder that you can easily remember so you won't have difficulty finding the form later. You can open the form without saving it but it is a good idea to save it before opening it.
After you've downloaded the form, locate the form using Windows Explorer or another file browser and double click the form to open it.
If you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer and you choose to click the PDF format, the form will open in a new window or tab.
How long does it take to download forms?
This depends on what kind of Internet connection you have. All forms from GetFormsNow are small files (50 kb ~ 200 kb). With a fast connection such as DSL, you will be able to download each file in seconds. If you have dial-up connection, you may need up to two or three minutes to download each form.
Which format should I choose?

How do I open Zip files?
Windows XP and Windows Vista Users
Double-click on the downloaded ZIP file. Another window will open showing the contents of the file. These contents can be drag-and-dropped to extract them or double-clicked to open them.
Users who have other versions of Windows
You can download the free archive utility 7-Zip to open the ZIP file. 7-Zip is available for all versions of Windows.

What happens if I have problems locating the form?
There are several ways to locate the form:
- If it's within 72 hours from the time of purchase, you can simply download the form again by opening the email we sent you after you placed your order, and clicking on the appropriate link. (If you didn't receive an email from GetFormsNow, please click here.) At this time, please note the name and location of the folder so you won't have problems finding it again.
- If it has been more than 72 hours from the time of purchase, you can use your computer's "Find" function to locate the file. You will need the file name for the form, which can be found in the email we sent you after you placed your order.

If you still cannot locate the form, please check your computer's default document folder such as "Documents" or "My Documents". You should be able to locate this folder by left-clicking once on the Start button.

What happens if I have problems opening the form?
For all forms, GetFormsNow provides three different formats: Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF and Rich Text Format.
To open forms in the Word format, PC users need either Microsoft Word or Wordpad. Mac Users will need Apple Works. (Mac users who do not have Apple Works, please see the next paragraph below.) Microsoft Word is not free software. Therefore, you might not have Microsoft Word installed to your PC. If you do not have Microsoft Word, try Wordpad, which is free and is included with most computers. You will be able to find Wordpad by clicking the Start button on your computer, going to Programs, then Accessories and clicking on Wordpad. You can also find Wordpad in either C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\ or C:\Windows depending on your computer's operating system.
If you are a Mac user and do not have Apple Works, try Adobe Acrobat PDF or Rich Text Format. (If you want to edit the form on your computer, use Rich Text Format.) Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software, and if you don't already have it, you can download it here.
What happens if I haven't received an email from GetFormsNow?
Immediately after you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This email also contains download links to the form(s) you've ordered. Keep in mind that even without this email, you will still be able to access the download links on the download page that opens immediately after receipt of payment.
If you haven't received our email within 10 minutes of the completion of your order, this could be because of several reasons. If you have spam-blocking software activated, it may have accidently identified our email as spam. In this case, check your email's Trash, Bulk or Deleted Items folder. You may find our email there.
It is also possible that there is a temporary problem with your Internet Service Provider, in which case the email will be delivered later. Other reasons why some users do not receive our email are that they have not given us their correct and current email address or their email inbox is full and our email has been returned.

Absolutely not! If it happens within 72 hours from the time of purchase, you can simply download the form again by opening the email we sent you after you placed your order, and clicking on the appropriate link. Please provide us with your order number and contact information.
Do I have to pay for a form each time I use it?
No. Once you buy a form from us, you should save the form to your computer. After you've done that, you are free to use it as many times as you'd like. If you can't find the form on your computer, click here. If you deleted the form from your computer, click here.
What if I ordered the wrong form?
If you find that you've ordered the wrong form, contact us and we can either exchange it or cancel your order. We have a 100% guarantee on all our forms. Please contact our Customer Service Center by clicking here.

Can I buy forms without creating an account?
