Apartment Lease Agreement
Our Apartment Lease Agreement includes extensive detailed provisions setting forth the terms by which the tenant agrees to rent an apartment from the landlord for a fixed term of tenancy (not on a month-to-month basis).

House Lease Agreement
The House Lease Agreement is similar to the Apartment Lease Agreement but is specifically tailored for use in those cases where the rental property is a single-family building.

Month-to-Month Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement is used when the tenancy is on a month-to-month basis and is automatically renewed each month.  It includes most of the same provisions found in fixed-term lease agreements.

Landlord-Tenant Checklist (Apartment)
Included with each of our lease and rental agreements is a Landlord-Tenant Checklist to be completed by both parties when the tenant moves in and moves out. The Landlord-Tenant Checklist can also be purchased separately for those customers who do not require a lease agreement.

It includes items such as garage, front yard, back yard, porch and basement. The Landlord-Tenant Checklist can also be purchased separately for those customers who do not require a lease agreement.
